Mission
Our mission is to glorify God. Along the way, we provide real, scientific information and empowerment to everyone in need of better health and/or recovery from health conditions and ailments.
While traditional medicine treats disease and chronic conditions more like the game of whack-a-mole, we help clients ferret out the mole so that he doesn’t keep popping up his head. Getting your body healthy does not usually require taking a drug. You can almost always get better results with nutrition and other natural methods.
Rob and Mary
We want to help others learn from our experiences and mistakes in seeking health. We have learned that treating disease pales in comparison to seeking health. Conventional medicine is often unable to even treat the diseases or conditions it faces regularly. This is because it concentrates on treating diseases and conditions primarily through the use of drugs instead of helping people through more natural methods.

We want to help you get better and overcome your health challenges naturally. This is especially true for those suffering from mood and mental health challenges, but we want to help people with other conditions as well.
After Rob became ill and was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, we tried the conventional medical route to help him cope with his symptoms. This failed miserably for us, and Rob wound up with very nasty side effects including depression, anxiety, and weight gain, just to name a few. Atypical antipsychotics are known to shrink the cerebral cortex, contribute to type 2 diabetes, and have other unpleasant side effects.

Today, we follow a different path, one that relies primarily on micronutrient supplements and diet for Rob’s health. Guess what? The new plan is working way better than the old plan. It is working so much better that we want to share the concepts with others. To this end, Rob graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in health coaching, and Mary has a master’s of science degree in clinical nutrition from Maryland University for Integrative Health (MUIH).
Rob and Mary read many books all the time on wellness. We have learned more about health and nutrition from the books we have read than we have from our schooling. There is so much to learn! Don’t let anybody tell you that he knows all the answers. There is simply way too much to learn for any one person to know it all.

While helping Rob with a new method of treatment has been fulfilling, the concept that we could help many more people has even more appeal. Rob and Mary hope to continue to learn and help spread the word about a better approach to mental health and wellness. Along the way, we want to help people to find a better, healthier approach to achieving their wellness goals. Simply treating disease and conditions is no longer good enough. Pursuing health is the real goal.
